I love this new space!  My style guru lady, Lisa McCarty, moved over to Seven Salon and I'm totally digging it.

The space is beautiful: a good mix between industrial chic, modern and classy. The chairs are comfy, the layout is nice. Lots of light and there are cool details, I especially like the basins where the hair washing happens.  The chairs give a delightful massage.

Now trust me, I would follow Lisa to an Elvis themed glitter heart salon in the middle of Vegas if she decided that was for her, because that's how AMAZING she is.  

Thankfully I don't have to do that, since she just moved to this sexy salon down the street.  I recommend checking it out!!

Every last Wednesday of the month, you can see the girls of Bombshell Betty's Burlesqueteers shake it (in other words BOOBIES!!!), at this lovely little theater near Union Square.

Yours truly, Sweet M'Alice, will be on stage tomorrow (5/28).  I hope to hear you cheer me on from the audience!!

Sunday afternoons at the Hustler are kinda fun.  

There aren't as many girls, we saw the full rotation (maybe 3 girls) in about an hour...but they were really beautiful, curvy, smiling, H.O.T. and enjoyed being appreciated.

The DJ was entertaining and played fun selections.  Rebecca rocked my world in her naughty Catholic schoolgirl outfit.

Sometimes I sit up in the middle of the night, heart racing, palms stuck to the bedsheets...in a blind panic and uncertain why.

Quite frequently it's the recurring dream I have...of a girl in a black leather catsuit and mask.  She frequents the shadows, taking heartbeats in an instant.

This little girl is dangerous and she toys with people's lives for money.

I am scared that she is coming for me.  At the same time, I catch myself checking the shadows for a glimpse of this illusive killer bee.

It makes me so happy to see that these folks are getting so much love here on Yelp.

I've been a big fan of Golden Produce for a couple of years, so much so that I pretty much avoid Safeway now.  

And now it's wonderful that they have a sister store with a meat counter, a varied selection of natural and organic prepared foods (Amy's, etc) AND one of my absolute favorite chocolate selections:  Chuao.

I highly recommend picking up the Spicy Maya or Chinita Nibs.

About 6 months ago, I was more than a little nervous about paying a visit to Madame S.

The first time I went, I was sweating bullets...before I had even squeezed myself into any latex.  

So that's what we came, ha, for...latex.  

With Jen's amazing assistance, I tried on a couple of dresses.  And while I liked the style of the basic mini dress, I wasn't crazy about latex.  It didn't really make me feel sexy, and Madame S is all about sexy, so I rethought my approach.

I loved the shape of the dress and inquired about whether they could custom make the same style of dress, only in leather.

I consulted with the talented Skeeter (their custom leather goddess) and we came up with a really exciting design, one that can be worn anywhere. It's super sexy and totally 'naughty party' appropriate, but can also be worn on a regular night out...or an art opening, etc.

I do like to tart it up for the art openings, oh my!

Skeeter made me a fabulous dress and Michael did a great job with the tailoring, it fits perfectly.  Only thing to be aware of, you might have to prompt Miss Skeeter every now and then, she's an extremely busy lady and it's good for her to be aware of your schedule as she gets caught up in many projects.

Overall, I was very pleased with my hot dress.  If you become a regular at my art events, you might just get to see it in person.  *wink*

My brother and I always come here when we fly out after visiting the family at Christmas.

It's our little tradition, getting shots of Agavero and nachos before we head back to our own ends of the country.  

If you are looking for a shot of something at Charlotte Douglas, this is a decent place for good tequila.

When you eat at Billy D's, you WILL be full.

I had a lovely Queen cut of tender prime rib, a loaded potato and peanut butter pie.  

Ma and Pa eat here frequently for Bdays and whatnot.  

**ps.  Finally a restaurant in SC that incorporates spring greens in the salad, woohoo!  Die iceberg lettuce, die!!**

Well, I don't think you have to worry about getting here early for the movies.  

My brother and I were two out of three people in the theater today.
